Returns:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at hello@KittyKittenCo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear images showing the damage
- A brief description of the damage
Our team will carefully review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the damaged item and verifying the reported damage, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note that we can only provide refunds for damaged items and not for any other reason. Exchanges are not offered at this time.
